What a service includes
Each service is carried out by an F-gas certified engineer, and you receive a record for your warranty.
- Filters cleaned or replaced.
- Indoor coil and fan cleaned and treated to stop mould and smells.
- Condensate drain flushed and checked, including any pump.
- Outdoor unit cleaned, with the coil cleared of leaves and dirt.
- Refrigerant pressures checked and the system checked for leaks.
- Electrical connections and controls checked.
- Performance test in cooling and heating, with a written record.

Servicing for businesses

How often should air conditioning be serviced?
Once a year for most homes. Busy commercial systems, kitchens and server rooms may need a service every six months.

Do I need a service to keep my warranty?
Usually, yes. Most manufacturers require a yearly service by a qualified engineer to keep extended warranties valid. We record each service for you.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We service most major brands, whoever fitted them.
Do commercial systems need F-gas leak checks?
Systems holding refrigerant above set thresholds must be leak checked at regular intervals under F-gas rules, and records kept. We check whether yours is covered and schedule the checks.
How long does a service take?
About an hour for a single wall-mounted system, and longer for multi-room or commercial systems.
