What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and postcode or address.
- Details about your enquiry: the service you need, your property, the number of rooms and your preferred survey type.
- Messages and photos you send by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Records of the work we carry out, quotes, invoices and service history.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and send your quote. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out installations, servicing and repairs, and to provide aftercare and warranty registration. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
- To send service reminders if you are a customer. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in looking after your system; you can opt out at any time.
- To keep business and tax records. Our legal basis is complying with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to do the job with:
- The F-gas certified engineers who carry out your survey, installation, servicing or repair on our behalf.
- Manufacturers, when registering your warranty.
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our phone, email, website hosting and accounting providers.
We never sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after [24 months]. Customer and job records are kept for [6 years] after the work, to support warranties and meet tax rules. To confirm
